MDI Group is seeking a Support Account Manager for our Client in Atlanta. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building the support relationship with key customers.

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • BS/BE degree or equivalent technical experience
  • Proven ability to work closely with customers and develop excellent working relationships
  • Previous experience as an account manager preferred
  • Experience in the software industry within technical support
  • Familiarity with systems operations and management environments within large enterprise customers and/or service providers is desirable
  • Great communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM or incident tracking and management systems such as Siebel, Remedy, Clarify, etc.
