Sr Analyst (Aloha and Focus) 
Contract
Dallas, TX

We are seeking an analytical leader to translate business needs into technology solutions that enable premier Guest experiences. The purpose of the Senior Analyst role is to define requirements for technology solutions through analysis of business problems and end-user needs. The focus of the role is to elicit and manage the real needs of internal partners and end users, with the Analyst serving as the conduit for requirements to our technical team. An Analyst is involved at some level throughout the entire project life cycle, from requirements baseline through verification of fulfillment. The senior role is familiar with all aspects of the function, the functional lead on our you-centric Career Map - it’s all about growth! This team leader is assigned our most complex work and is expected to lead efforts across teams as necessary to fulfill scope. This individual mentors and directs more junior team members, and may have direct supervisor responsibility for a small team. Elicit, validate, and document requirements for technology changes.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Responsible for the decomposition of high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality attributes
  • Evaluation of current systems and processes to determine required changes
  • Benchmarks process and best practices
  • Formulate and present recommendations, including relevant business processes
  • Define and / or develop relevant business processes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for multiple applications and/or business processes
  • Advise and mentor more junior team members
  • Interview new team member candidates

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years’ experience in function
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to influence and lead others in a multi-team environment
  • Expert level on the following:
  1. Advise and mentor more junior team members
  2. Interview new team member candidates
  3. Requirements Modeling and Traceability
  4. SDLC methodologies
  5. Packaged Software Evaluation
  6. Business Process Analysis and Modeling
  7. Project Management Lifecycle
  8. Test case construction and execution
  9. Basic SQL, RDMS modeling, or HCI design
  10. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  11. Written and verbal communication skills
  12. Time management skills
