software projects, data fixes, and complex technical issues. Coordinate between users, developers, and
Software Analysts to test, debug, and update enterprise applications. Help manage all of our Human Capital Management applications post-implementation, and assist with data lifecycle management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Produce ad-hoc SQL/Database querie

  • Run custom reports to support business needs
  • Troubleshoot software applications
  • Tackle challenging technical problems and data issues
  •  Data profiling, analysis, data quality management, reporting and analytics
  • Monitor and control applications, including 24×7 high-availability systems
  • Provide post-implementation support
  • Assist with developing in-house applications and tools
  • Document technical resolutions for research tickets
  • Participate in continuous training to expand your knowledge and skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Familiarity with programming languages, like C++, PHP, HTML, .NET and Java
  •  Exposure to database and query design tools, like MYSQL, Oracle, or Toad
  • Experience as a Systems Analyst or Application Support Specialist (desired)
  • Knowledge of payroll business software applications (desired)
  •  Excellent analytical skills
  • A good problem-solving attitude and a desire to take on challenges
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (OR) degree in a related field.
