Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for candidates that are passionate, articulate, service oriented individuals to join and expand our Operations team onsite at a customer location. The Service Delivery Manager will be working directly with our customer points of contact, helping them evolve and effectively manage their wireless programs. This role is for someone who excels at building relationships and trust with customers while acting as both a customer and company advocate.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Act as primary escalation point onsite for customer in their Dallas/Fort Worth location
  • Identify issues, flaws or gaps, customer, or carrier processes and work with teams towards alternative solutions
  • Maintain & grow customer relationships through day-to-day account management, quarterly account reviews, growth, escalation resolution, & new business development
  • Support the Implementation team in effectively transitioning accounts from prospects to functional support
  • Support sales and marketing with operational data and resources when needed
  • Provide timely communications and follow up to all customer and office teams
  • Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
  • Oversee all aspects of service to our customer from the company
  • Identify areas of opportunity or service improvement to customers
  • Quarterly travel to Indianapolis

Must Haves:

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a fast paced, customer facing role. 2 – 4 year college degree is preferred, but not required
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of working independently, as well as within a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working across teams to drive results and resolutions
  • Experience working directly with customer decision makers
  • Experience resolving customer escalations
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Effectively drive issue resolution under pressure
  • Wireless industry experience is preferred
