Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant 

BUSINESS REASON/COST JUSTIFICATION 
Project ONE Community team needs a Salesforce Customer Community Cloud consultant that is responsible for helping business partners (Janet Ballard & Jan Hoff) to build a website built with the Salesforce CMS on the customer service template. The main responsibility of this position will be to help recreate the existing Mary Kay InTouch websites using out-of-the-box components and new CMS functionality of Community Cloud as applicable. In addition, applicant should be familiar with 3rd party app store solutions and able to make recommendations for consideration. 

The Community Cloud consultant needs to be a self-motivated individual who brings technical and process leadership as well as a service-oriented mindset. Must be able to work with both business and IST partners to understand requirements. Applicant must be solutions oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Gather functional and design requirements from business stakeholders and implement those requirements on a new Salesforce Customer Community site 
• Conduct gap analysis identifying any business needs that cannot be met with out-of-the-box functionality. 
• Align with 3rd party system integrator for integration of core InTouch components and cross-cloud (service, commerce, etc.) for inclusion into website. 
• Help configure out-of-the-box features of customer service template and align with content needs. 
• Development of light-weight/simple Lightning components to fulfill low-hanging business needs. More advanced components will be managed by development team. 

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED FOR ASSIGNMENT 
• Salesforce Certifications: Admin and Community Cloud Consultant required 
• 5+ years working on the salesforce.com platform in an admin or developer capacity 
• 3+ years experience with consumer-facing design implementation. Experience in e-commerce a plus. 
• Deep understanding of Knowledge Centered Support strategy and Salesforce Lightning Knowledge 

Technical Skills required for assignment

Agile/Scrum experience 
Jira or similar work item tracking system 
HTML 
CSS 

Desired Technical skills 
SFDX 
Javascript 
Knowledge of testing frameworks, i.e. Jest, Selenium
