Salesforce Administrator
Contract
Carrollton, TX

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Merging and cleanup of existing Salesforce data including Account and Contact duplication, parenting accounts and matching with internal segmentation data
  • Understanding and clearly identifying the impact on other records, when merging or removing Salesforce records
  • Utilize D&B Hoovers and other internal sources to review Account approval requests, ensuring that Accounts submitted have appropriate parent/child associations for companies and their subsidiaries, act as the escalation point for account assignment conflicts, provide behind the scenes validation to account creation, modification, merging, or deletion requests and producing governance status reports around compliance with globally aligned account engagement parameters including profiles, plans, customer touchpoints and activity logging
  • Assist users with basic admin functions including login trouble, password reset, contact merges etc.
  • Assist users with standard Salesforce navigation and functionality
  • Review inbound cases, assist where knowledge allows or route to/assign to the appropriate Governance & Support team member for resolution
  • Liaise with users to help provide resolution to Salesforce cases
  • Assist in the development of documentation for administrative, auditing, reporting, opportunity management, and RFP management processes that support exceeding team benchmarks and goals consistently

Must Haves:

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • 1+ years experience with Salesforce (data cleanup or admin experience)
  • Location: onsite, Carrollton
