Sales Systems Analyst
Contract
Dallas, TX

The primary responsibility of the Sales Systems Administrator is to maintain and improve the following systems and tools: (1) CRM – SalesForce.com system; (2) ICM - Incentive Compensation Management system; (3) Sales Database and Reporting tools. The system focus is subject to change based on business needs.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Maintain and improve the CRM and ICM systems
  • Daily support and troubleshooting
  • Perform multiple data loads
  • Support the ECP Account-Address-Location process
  • Maintenance of security settings
  • Enhance the systems with support from IT to fit the needs of the company, which includes developing Business Requirements; Gap Analysis and UAT Testing
  • Provide analysis to support recommendations for improvements
  • Monitor system performance and update when necessary
  • Responsible for compensation system updates such as calculations and workflow
  • Maintain and improve the sales database and reporting tools
  • Daily support and troubleshooting
  • Maintenance of security settings
  • Add/Remove products, customers and Sales Hierarchy
  • Work to ensure high accuracy of the data published
  • Enhance the tools to fit the needs of the company
  • Work to integrate sales reporting tools with Business Intelligence tools like EIM/OBIEE and MDM/Customer Referential
  • The administrator must also train, coach and support the Regional Sales Analysts
  • Revises, enhances, updates and installs vendor supplied systems software components to optimize performance of the computer systems
  • Involved in meetings with RSAs and Management to discuss changes and improvements
  • Work closely with the IT organization
  • Support the team by providing proactive feedback on process and data issues and collaborate with the resolution of these issues
  • Responsible for documentation and training for other team members. This includes: answering questions, providing advice, troubleshooting and assisting team members in solving technology related problems

Must Haves:

  • High level of technical understanding and hands-on experience including dealing with complex data systems and processes
  • Effectively communicates and engages with all levels of the organization verbally and in writing
  • Effective team player - this position will heavily rely on collaborating with other groups
  • Superior data analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines
  • Proven ability to assess problems and research solutions
  • Strong customer support orientation
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required (BBA, BAS, or BBS)
  • 3-5+ years of successful experience in similar technical roles
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools
  • Intermediate level in Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Database management experience
  • Experience with large data manipulation
  • Experience with Oracle Reporting (OBIEE), Sales Force.com and SQL Server is a plus
  • Developing experience is a plus
