Job Description

Description:  The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading multiple, complex cross organizational global projects.  Achieves project results and business outcomes that are aligned with company strategic objectives.  This position leads projects to modernize the company’s Warehouse Management/Logistics processes and systems, and will work in conjunction with Inventory Management and Cost Management project teams.  Experience with global ERP system deployments is preferred. 


  • Manage large complex project(s) to deliver business objectives aligned with corporate strategies
  • Manages cross-project scope, costs, schedules, and status reporting
  • Executes project processes required by the IT PMO methodology. 
  • Project team roles and responsibilities, project planning, project lifecycle and phase gate approvals
  • Budget management
  • Risk and issue identification and management
  • Change control management
  • System and User Acceptance Testing
  • Deployment planning, management and transition to operations
  • Builds partnerships with project sponsor(s), key stakeholders, and senior IT leaders
  • Coordinate, motivate, and coach project team members, including IT and business
  • Tracks team and vendor performance, issues and risks.  Escalates to management when necessary. 
  • Contributes to continuous process improvement and best practices.
  • Participates in making key project decisions
  • Candidate must work onsite.
  • Flexible work hours may be required to engage with global team members


  • Education and Training:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
  • Formal training in Project Management, PMP certification is a plus
  • Minimum experience:
  • 5 years in IT project management, 7 years of overall IT experience
  • 3 years of experience working with a global organization
  • Experience leading large-scale ERP projects
  • Technical skills:
  • Solid skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Managing large project budgets
  • Soft skills:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with project teams and key project stakeholders
  • Communicates information clearly, concisely and professionally to various audiences, technical, non-technical, and managerial.
  • Listens carefully and attentively to others' opinions and ideas
  • A positive and proactive attitude, inspiring teams to attain goals
  • Proven success in quick moving environments, sometimes with conflicting objectives and tight schedules
  • Ability to multi-task across projects and activities.
  • Ability to work independently and within teams.  Must be comfortable quickly with minimal guidance, navigating the organization, getting answers and delivering


  • Experience with Warehouse Management/Logistics projects
  • Experience with Oracle EBS, or other ERP system
  • Cloud system implementation projects
  • PMP certification
