Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Position Summary:

The Technical Program Management Analyst works as a key contributor to the PMO to ensure a continuous process improvement effort is in place to support quality deployments within an Agile environment. He/she is responsible for gathering the required data to support the Executive level reporting for projects, programs and where applicable the Technology Department.

The Technical Program Management Analyst works closely with the Technical Program Management Lead and key stakeholders throughout the

program lifecycle. He/she participates actively in program meetings working in a team environment providing essential program information

Facilitating the implementation of initiatives.

The Technical Program Management Analyst works closely with the Technical Program Management Lead to provide oversight on the program in reference to managing cost, quality, and schedule to meet customers’ requirements and commitments.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for supporting the program lifecycle including monitoring and controlling work efforts in collaboration with the Technical Program Management Lead and Development Managers.


• Strong Project and Program Administrative and Management skills.

• Very strong leadership, facilitator, problem solving are required to be successful in this role.

• Critical thinker driving teams to high quality results.

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills within a technical and non-technical audience.

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, ability to be self-directed and be able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.

• Thorough knowledge of the System/Software Development Lifecycle within Agile.

• Ability to quickly learn, to understand, to communicate and to integrate technical concepts and issues.

• Ability to identify and understand complex problems/issues and formulate alternate solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple commitments simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer

Science, Information Systems or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• PMP certification or equivalent proven experience.

• ITIL v3 Certification, a plus.

• Three to five years’ experience in Technical Program Management.


• MSProject, MSProject Server, SharePoint, NetSuite, VersionOne, Jira, TFS.

• Expert in using Microsoft Office Suite including Visio and PowerPoint.
