POS Support Analyst
Contract / Contract-to-Hire
Plano, TX

We are dynamic and growing company with an immediate need for a Tier 2/3 POS Support Analyst. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Aloha POS, Menulink and online ordering systems.

Must Haves:

  • 2-3 years’ experience with NCR Back Office (Menulink). A plus if you have done support and report design with Menulink.
  • Experience with NCR integrations with 3rd party like paytronics (gift card and loyalty) and OLO (online ordering).
  • Effective technical understanding of NCR Aloha, Menulink and Online Ordering websites, gift card and loyalty programs.
  • Responsible for adding, testing and deploying new menu rollouts including pricing, buttons, promos and buttons.
  • Will provide backup support for back office labor and inventory
  • Must be a self-starter and highly motivated to complete projects from start to finish. This will be a hands-on position!

Desired:

  • Strong leadership skills and a good working background in retail or restaurant industry.
  • Understanding of Zendesk, online ordering websites, gift card and loyalty programs.
  • Experience developing and maintaining training materials, reference guides, work instructions and policies and procedures.
  • An attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
