Partner Solution Manager
Contract to Hire
Frisco, TX

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identify, contact, and engage with company providers that align with overall company solutions offering
  • Manage the company partner program, maintaining a positive and productive relationship with all solution partners
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including sales team, support team, channel partners, and third-party solution partners and integrators to define sales and delivery needs
  • Collaborate with multiple teams on content/training materials, delivery approach, and improvement opportunities
  • Manage the release and maintenance of solutions according to the solution roadmap and based on market and partner feedback
  • Act as subject matter expert on all company solutions for workshops, sales training, and sales opportunities
  • Day-to-day ownership of all solutions and solution lab
  • Conduct and manage the onboarding of solutions prior to launch (test, validate, and report)

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s required in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Must have 3+ years’ experience in implementing and managing partner programs; business development experience is a plus
  • Must have relevant work experience with solution elements that may include edge sensors, gateways, database transports, web applications, mobile applications, and data transports to other web services (AWS, Azure, etc.) using APIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of mobile networks (LTE, LTE Cat M1, LoRaWAN, NB-IOT) is a plus
  • Understanding of the agriculture industry and trends is a plus
  • Excellent collaboration and communications skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into sound business cases that align with customer needs
  • Able to manage own schedule and be accountable for deliverables in a fast-paced Agile environment
  • Able to perform multiple roles on small teams, including customer technical presentation, interaction, and support
  • Must have initiative, be a self-starter, and have a desire to learn new customer requirements, technologies, and platforms/tools
  • Ability to travel 10-20% as needed
