User Account Administrator – PAM - IAM

JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a dynamic and highly-motivated individual that is seeking a position with the global leader in commercial real estate services.  This candidate will lead multiple projects, build and maintain many of our automated processes around privileged user access controls.  The candidate must have senior level experience with Active Directory, Privileged Access Management solutions IE: CyberArk familiarity with O365 and possess strong communication skills as well as have the desire to learn the complexities of the commercial real estate industry.  The candidate must also possess operational skills related to Enterprise Application technologies for a large company while keeping security centric.

 RESPONSIBILITIES or base knowledge of…

  • Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards, processes, and documentation that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for system process automation including technologies required; document and present ideas to management.
  • Privileged Access Management – Technologies/Methodologies
  • Top level Azure AD
  • Knowledge of building out PAM environment from scratch with HUGE PLUS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) or Master's degree in related field of work or equivalent work experience. (Equivalent work experience = 2 years experience for every year of higher education).
  • Industry related certifications preferred.
  • Strong systems engineering skills with an emphasis on Active Directory and Privileged Access Management
  • 5+ years experience of advanced knowledge in Windows, Active Directory/Azure AAD/PAM tool sets
  • Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux for Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Strong background in windows OS, virtualization, and the Microsoft Active Directory service model.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems, manage and resolve in a timely manner.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Powershell 2.0 and other scripting methods.
  • Strong communication and conceptual skills with desire to share knowledge and cross-train.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  •  Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic is a must.
