Mobility / MFA Help Desk
Fort Worth, TX

Analyst will provide general technical support of our Mobility Hardware and Mobile Applications for 7X24, 365 days a year. These Mobile Technology Specialist responsibilities will include providing end user and system support to the BNSF Mobility Community. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Configuring and troubleshooting multiple mobile devices including but not limited to:
  1. iOS iPads/iPhones
  2. Android Smart Phones and Tablets
  • Configure User’s mobile device for Client mobile apps, and Multifactor Authentication solutions
  • Install, troubleshoot, configure and document changes required to make identified BNSF applications to work in the mobile device environment
  • Troubleshoot, provide work-around, and permanent fixes to issues identified in the mobile device environment
  • Resolve Remedy incidents opened on Mobility support services. 
  • Manage device retirements, wipes and configurations via MobileIron Administration tool 
  • End user Password resets via Active Directory tool

Must Haves:

  • Applicant will be required to apply analytical thinking, deductive reasoning and problem solving techniques effectively
  • This group is expected to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work independently to completion of tasks and deadlines
  • Applicant would also have the ability to work 7X24 hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Tue - Thurs | 6a - 6p (With a 4 hour block on Mon)
Tue - Thurs | 10a - 10p (With a 4 hour block on Mon)
