Job Description


This position is responsible for leveraging technology to solve business problems at our company by participating in all phases of the IVR development process from inception through transition

Required Qualifications-
Bachelor degree with an emphasis on IS/IT/CS or a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible positions in contact center software, telecom and network technology.
IVR application development experience on Genesys GVP using Nuance ARS, TTS, Speech Server, Nuance Dialog modules
Proficient hands-on experience with Java/JavaScript/Web services 
3+ years professional knowledge and experience in the design, configuration and implementation of Genesys 8.x Framework, CIM, SIP Server, Multi-Channel Routing, Web Chat 
Well-rounded with experience in multiple contact center technologies including CTI, SIP and Genesys SIP Server, Call Routing and Historical Reporting, Genesys Workspace Call Recording, VoIP technology, and CRM and IVR solutions 
Solid analytical skills, problem determination, and resolution recovery processes 
Ability to interface and cultivate excellent working relationships with technology teams, business analysts, and vendors 

Preferred  skills/experience-
Possess current Genesys certifications
Experience integrating Genesys with third-party applications including but not limited to Salesforce. 

Duties will include-
Rotating 24/7 on-call support
