IT Help Desk Analyst

Contract To Hire

Tampa, FL

Primary Responsibilities:

User Setups

  • Network/email account setups
  • Active Directory user setup
  • Newstar Sales and Enterprise new user setups
  • MS CRM Toolbox user setups
  • Lync account setup/ Lync phone configuration
  • Encompass account setups
  • Multi Factor Authentication

User Account Maintenance

  • Active Directory/End User Maintenance
  • Network password resets
  • Password resets
  • CRM Toolbox login issue

IT Exit Form Process/Tracking

Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)

  • RDP session resets
  • RDP published application setups/troubleshoot/support

Mobile Devices

  • Windows Phone support
  • iPhone/iPad support
  • Smartphone support
  • Android support


  • Printer installations
  • Network Copier/Scanner support/setup on network


  • MS Office & various software issues
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware issues
  • VPN hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Digital Sales Office support


  • Send out I.T. related application/server downtime alerts to users
  • Assist with conversions and upgrades as needed


  • Formal Education and Training
  • 2+ years hands on experience in network, hardware, software administration and telecommunications with remote support experience.                     

Professional Experience

  • Windows 10, Windows 8.1,
  • Office 2010, 2013
  • Cisco Firewalls
  • Wireless communications and VPN technologies

Special Skills, Knowledge, and/or Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Surface Pro tablets/HP Desktops and various other models of PCs/Tablets
  • Proficiency in Windows 2003/2008 Server
  • LAN/WAN configurations and operations
  • Knowledge of Cisco network equipment to include Routers, Firewall and Switches
  • Clear understanding of protocols and the ability to configure and troubleshoot them
  • (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, EIGRP, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, VPN, BGP, Network Monitor etc.)
