What You Will Be Doing:

  3. Newstar Sales and Enterprise new user setups
  4. MS CRM Toolbox user setups
  5. Lync account setup/ Lync phone configuration
  6. Encompass account setups
  7. Multi Factor Authentication
  • User Account Maintenance
  1. Active Directory/End User Maintenance
  2. Network password resets
  3. Password resets
  4. CRM Toolbox login issue
  • IT Exit Form Process/Tracking
  • Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)
  1. RDP session resets
  2. RDP published application setups/troubleshoot/support
  • Mobile Devices
  1. Windows Phone support
  2. iPhone/iPad support
  3. Smartphone support
  4. Android support
  • Installs
  1. Printer installations
  2. Network Copier/Scanner support/setup on network
  • Support
  1. MS Office & various software issues
  2. Troubleshoot basic hardware issues
  3. VPN hardware/software troubleshooting
  4. Digital Sales Office support
  • Misc.
  1. Send out I.T. related application/server downtime alerts to users
  2. Assist with conversions and upgrades as needed

Must Haves: 

  • Formal Education and Training
  • 2+ years hands on experience in network, hardware, software administration and telecommunications with remote support experience                      
  • Knowledge of the following:
  1. Windows 10, Windows 8.1,
  2. Office 2010, 2013
  3. Cisco Firewalls
  4. Wireless communications and VPN technologies
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Surface Pro tablets/HP Desktops and various other models of PCs/Tablets
  6. Proficiency in Windows 2003/2008 Server
  7. LAN/WAN configurations and operations
  8. Knowledge of Cisco network equipment to include Routers, Firewall and Switches
  9. Clear understanding of protocols and the ability to configure and troubleshoot them
  10. (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, EIGRP, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, VPN, BGP, Network Monitor etc.)
