MDI Group is seeking a Jr. Technical Support/Help Desk Specialist for our Client in Macon. The Jr. Technical Support/Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for performing data analytics on 18,000 + cellular lines of service, tracking down cellular devices with no or low usage, acquiring appropriate approvals for deactivation of service, and initiating the deactivation process. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Intermediate Sharepoint
  • Familiarity with Cell Phone Bills (Verizon, AT&T)
  • Great Customer Service Skills
