HR Systems Support Associate
Addison, TX

The Digital HR team is in need of a HR Systems Support Associate reporting to the Sr. Manager of HR Technology. This role is responsible for day-to-day HR Systems support case management and cross module and internal support inquiries. This role will also assist with troubleshooting of complex system functionality to ensure the stability and continuity of the HR Systems; to include mobile functionality.

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Triage and manage escalated support cases.  Work with the business, functional, and technical resources to resolve and close tickets
  • Intake and log support cases into an electronic ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Communicate status & resolution to business stakeholders and management
  • Analyze metrics and perform case trend analysis.
  • Understand the system cycle from end user processes to back-end configurations
  • Delegate incidents to proper support team members and manage/triage shared information to maximize team efficiency
  • Provide input to further define workflows, escalation triggers, and case routing

Must Haves:

  • Minimum Education: Associates Degree
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years professional experience in a corporate environment
  • Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.): Up to 25%
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professionalism while managing high priority and escalated support cases


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 2-3 years processional experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong familiarity with Global HCM Applications
