Level 2 Help Desk - Hardware and Software Deployment Specialist
100% Remote

What You Will Be Doing:
MDI Group has an immediate opportunity for a Level 2 Help Desk Analyst who has experience managing the deployment of hardware and software.  
In this role, you will work within an HP Service Manager queue throughout the day and process request for computer hardware and software. Experience with HP Service Manager is required and the following systems a plus: ServiceNow, LCM, MS Outlook, SCCM, and HP Asset Manager.

Must Haves:

  • 3 years of experience in an IT support role with specific experience managing requests for new hardware and software
  • 1+  years of  experience with HP Service Manager - working tickets through the system
  • Understands and appreciate business and financial awareness of the impact of system downtime, service level and performance metrics benchmarks

Preferred:

  • A background and familiarity in service management functions such as incident management, configuration management and asset management would be an advantage
