What You Will Be Doing:

MDI Group is seeking to candidates to fill several Tier 1 Help Desk positions for our Client in St. Paul. The Tier 1 Help Desk will provide the first line of support and problem resolution for technology products or applications. 

Must Haves:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience with providing effective and efficient real-time support for a variety of desk-top technology users
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Skills & Experience: 

  • ITIL Service Management Foundation certification a plus
  • Can patch, restore and chase tickets
  • Working experience in hand-held device software, PC/workstation software, Application delivery process
