HelpDesk Tier 1 - Jr. Level 

Gresham, OR

Contract (3-4 Mo,'s+)

MDI Group is seeking multiple Junior-level Tier 1 Helpdesk Support Specialists for our Client in the Portland area. The HelpDesk Tier 1 role will provide first line of support and problem resolution for technology products or applications. This is a Junior level role and training will be provided. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Customer service
  • Phone support
  • Call center experience is a plus

Preferred Skills & Experience: 

  • 1-2 years’ experience with providing effective and efficient real-time support for a variety of desktop technology users
  • Windows and VMware experience 
  • Can patch, restore and chase tickets
  • ITIL Service Management Foundation certification a plus
