Responsibilities: 

This position has frequent contact with helpdesk customers, peers, and managers. The person will provide quality telephone support for ISS hardware and software related issues, with a high degree of customer satisfaction and in a timely manner.  Perform research, resolve, and respond to highly complex questions in accordance with current standards.

Customer Support – Providing customers with a single point of contact for all Business and Technical issues.

Continuous learning about systems and processes in order to be able to increase the quality of support and take support effort off of the Tier 2 support teams.

Assist the Helpdesk Lead Technician with analysis and reporting of the activities of the support processes.

Provide insight and suggestions about ways to improve the Helpdesk and Support functions.

Cover a rotating weekend on-call support shift on Saturday and Sunday approximately once a month.

Be available to provide additional coverage when have major system implementations.

Telephone, laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablet PCs, hand-held computers and printers.
