MDI Group is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist for our Client in Atlanta. In the Help Desk role, you will be responsible for providing computer hardware and software support to end users on a variety of issues. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
  • Responding to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
  • Documenting, tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Good hardware knowledge/troubleshooting on PC's, Laptops, and printers/copiers
  • Knowledge of Ghost Imaging software
  • Active Directory
  • Windows XP, 7, 10
  • Remote software
  • VPN Software
  • SCCM
  • Office 360 knowledge
