MDI Group is seeking a Help Desk Manager for our Client in St. Paul. The Help Desk Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and help desk staff, along with developing and scheduling appropriate level of help desk support. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience with providing effective and efficient real-time support for a variety of desk-top technology users (Preferably in a call center or Help Desk Center) 
  • 4+ years of experience with tools and techniques for maintaining an environment where all understand, and are committed to, providing excellent service to internal and external customers
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience with management approaches, tools, and techniques for gaining the cooperation and support of others
  • Strong communicator who is able to promote collaborative relationships
  • ITIL Service Management Foundation certification preferred
