Help Desk Analyst will provide general technical support during a shift between 7am and 10 pm Monday through Friday. Must have flexibility to adjust schedule if called upon to do so.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must have some Help Desk/Technical Support experience
  • Eager to learn, works to better themselves and the team, not afraid to ask questions but also respects others' time and takes notes when learning. 
  • Great customer service and work ethic.
  • Professional in appearance and work ethic. 
  • Microsoft Office suite experience
  • Strong Customer service skills (over the phone and/or in person)
  • Trouble ticket system experience (Remedy, etc.)
  • Remote takeover tools experience (RealVNC, LogMeIn, etc.)
  • Proprietary software support experience (web-based or graphical)

Desired Skills & Experience

Applicant will be required to apply analytical thinking, deductive reasoning and problem solving techniques effectively. This group is expected to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work independently to completion of tasks and deadlines. They should be very familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of tools that will be used daily in their assignments. Windows Operating system 7, 8.1, and 10

What You Will Be Doing

This analyst group will be providing support for legacy, in-house applications in addition to a suite of new applications that will replace them on both Windows 7- 10 systems. The analyst group will support trouble calls from internal customers across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Applicant must be able to effectively address customer and employee concerns by oral and written communications.

The Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Up to $16/hour, DOE
  • Contract Duration: 12 Months + extensions
