Genesys Developer Job Description
This position is responsible for working with the Contact Center Technology team in leveraging technology to solve business problems by participating in all phases of the contact center development process from inception through transition utilizing the Genesys platform. The team is dedicated to developing, maintaining and supporting the call routing solutions for the enterprise within an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The team partners with all call center business units to fully understand and implement the unique call routing solutions that best suits the businesses need.

Requirements -
•    3+ years professional knowledge and experience in the design, configuration and implementation of Genesys contact center platform, CIM, SIP Server, Multi-Channel Routing, Web Chat 

•    Well-rounded with experience in multiple contact center technologies including CTI, SIP and Genesys SIP Server, Call Routing and Historical Reporting, Genesys Workspace Call Recording, VoIP technology, and CRM solutions 

•    Understands the Genesys infrastructure quickly to analyze an issue and apply the best fix. Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical users.

•    Solid analytical skills, problem determination, and resolution recovery processes 

•    Ability to interface and cultivate excellent working relationships with technology teams, business analysts, and vendors 

•    Bachelor degree with an emphasis on IS/IT or a minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible positions in contact center software, telecom and network technology.

•    Rotating on-call support.

Preference will be given to individuals who have additional experience with the following:
•    Possess current Genesys certifications

•    Experience integrating Genesys with third-party applications including but not limited to Salesforce.
