Job Description: Hours will be Mon-Fri : 7a-4p or 1p-10p, with the flexibility to adjust schedule if called upon to do so. 
Building: TSOC 

 Analyst will provide general technical support during a shift between 7am and 10pm Monday through Friday. This analyst group will be providing support for legacy, in-house applications in addition to a suite of new applications that will replace them on Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 systems. The analyst group will support trouble calls from internal customers across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Applicant must be able to effectively address customer and employee concerns by oral and written communications. 

Applicant will be required to apply analytical thinking, deductive reasoning and problem solving techniques effectively. This group is expected to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work independently to completion of tasks and deadlines. They should be very familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of tools that will be used daily in their assignments. Applicant would also have the ability to work between 7am and 10pm Monday through Friday with the possibility of weekends in the future. 

The applicant must have the ability to work any of the shifts noted below: 

Mon-Fri 7am-4pm 
Mon-Fri 1pm-10pm 
Weekend support may be offered in the future but is not at this time.
