Engineering Contract Help Desk Analyst
Fort Worth, TX

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Analyst will provide general technical support during a shift between 7am and 10pm Monday through Friday
  • This analyst group will be providing support for legacy, in-house applications in addition to a suite of new applications that will replace them on Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 systems. 
  • The analyst group will support trouble calls from internal customers across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. 
  • Applicant must be able to effectively address customer and employee concerns by oral and written communications
  • This group is expected to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work independently to completion of tasks and deadlines. 

Must Haves:

  • Applicant will be required to apply analytical thinking, deductive reasoning and problem solving techniques effectively
  • They should be very familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of tools that will be used daily in their assignments. 
  • Applicant would also have the ability to work between 7am and 10pm Monday through Friday with the possibility of weekends in the future 

**The applicant must have the ability to work any of the shifts noted below: 

  • Mon-Fri 7am-4pm 
  • Mon-Fri 1pm-10pm 
  • Weekend support may be offered in the future but is not at this time
