Want to work for the third largest energy grid provider next to China and Russia? My client, headquartered in Audubon PA is an energy management company that actually sets the prices for energy. They are a not for profit so they really only have the ability to bring on a few fulltime employees, but have a large IT team where contractors typically stay for 2-4 years. They are hiring for an Application Support Analyst for a 2-year contract position that pays up to 42.00 per hour depending on experience.

 You will be joining the EMS support team that’s primarily responsible for administrating and maintaining the EMS operating technologies. You’ll work closely with off and on site venders and QA teams to deploy and build documentation to improve the continuous software delivery process.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Administration of Linux, Windows, and Virtual OS
  • Has deployed code with Ansible or Jenkins
  • 3-5 years’ experience with SDLC
  • Automation with Python, Perl, of UNIX Shell Scripts

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with SDLC
  • Experience with Agile work management methodology
  • Experience with security relation issues to Linux and Windows OS

  • Python, Perl
  • Windows Server

Daily Responsibilities

  • Software Integration support
  • Design, develop and implement new software tools and processes
  • Software deployments, admin, and monitoring
  • Support the testing and development of EMS systems
