Description:
This position as a Business Analyst will work with internal stakeholders on the SharePoint 2010 & 2016 Platform and be responsible for creating and documenting business requirements, application testing, and coordinating software deployments. Candidates must have an understanding of the software development process and be able to ensure that business processes and IT change is effectively planned and managed. They must be able to effectively communicate with technical development teams, business users and management. The candidate must be able to evaluate multiple software platforms to determine the best fit for a business need. 5-7 years Business Analyst experience required. The resource needs to have excellent communication and team building skills. The resource will assist in project coordination and/or lead projects in conjunction with the Business Owner.

Qualifications:
Gathering Requirements, Analysis, and Documentation
Any type of Sharepoint experience- as a super user, site admin, etc
Incident Ticketing Systems, Change Management, and Management Assessments
Supporting Active Directory and Application Security
Government Compliance including Security and Retention Policies
Creating & Running queries and reports to support Business Processes
SharePoint and other Document Management Platforms
Document Control workflow processes and tools
Government compliance including Security and Retention Policies
Creating & Running queries and reports to support Business Processes
Documentum Platform including the ability to support DDM (Data Document Management) power-users with the management of documents and custom DDM Tools
