Deployment Program Manager

We are looking for a Deployment Program Manager with Pre & Post Migration Process & Quality Project Management experience. This includes activities from FOA, Migration and Acceptance to Customer Support.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Project Management: Collecting status and tracking Major and Critical Issues until resolve them
- Migration Planning and Progress monitoring
- Alarm monitoring
- Pre-check migration Process and Progress monitoring
- Keep monitoring and analysing the progress and performance of the Pre / Post Migration then improve current Process and Procedures
- Tool Automation plan and Implementation by keep monitoring Manual steps and Tool availability
- Customer Network Management for Issues and Resolutions
- Internal and External Training Planning and Coordination for the Project
- Engineering Services Management for Customers
- Internal and External Customer Management for assigned Projects
- Pre-check process and Pre and Post Migration Status update and Issue Syncup in weekly report & meeting with HQ & internally
- Create and evaluate KPIs for the performance of Pre-check process and Pre and Post Migration performance
- Pre-check and Pre / Post Migration status update and Issue Syncup in weekly report & meeting with HQ
- Management of RFPs, Contract, SOWs, POs, NDAs, etc. for Engineering Services
- Submissions for Funding Requirements
Must Haves:
- Degrees – Engineering or Management Undergrad (advanced degree is a PLUS)
- Minimum 6 years in Project / Product Management related activities
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Networks and / or Telecommunications Projects
- Previously management of a Wireless Infrastructure or Device Projects for a major operator
- Experience in problem finding / tracking / closing with HQ. R&D and Test Teams
- Strong background in Wireless Technologies
- Background in managing multiple projects and / or activities simultaneously
- Experience in developing and managing outside vendors
- Experience working and coordinating activities from multiple groups
- Direct Personnel Management experience (Korean / English Bilingual is a PLUS)
- Positive attitude and persistence are key to success in this role
- Ability to manage and bring together a team from multiple groups to achieve goals and meet / exceed customer expectations
- Capability to work with minimum supervision required - highly motivated and self-driven
- Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments to meet tight schedule - very detailed, goal driven, and achievement oriented
- Ability to work with and manage expectations from external and internal customers
- Ability to clearly communicate status and critical issues in a short and concise format
- Excellent skills in Microsoft and other Project Management Tools
- Excellent skills in oral and written communications
- Able to critically evaluate and question data
- Ability to think and move quickly with limited information
- Bi-monthly domestic travel and annual international travel
- Comfortable with a highly dynamic and changing work environment
