Job Description

The Technical Support Technicians will support the AD and Exchange migrations through desk-side support and escalation onsite at hospital locations and offices in Baltimore, MD area. 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Support end-users through AD and email migration activities 
  • Provide desk-side support to end users
  • Troubleshoot and work through encountered issues: Outlooks, desktops and other Office applications

Tech Breakdown

  • 100% Desktop Support
  • 50% Troubleshooting
  • 20% Active Directory 
  • 30% Office applications
